Designed in the 1950s by Swiss architect Pierre Jeanneret, the Chandigarh Chair, as it has come to be known, has now become a mid-century design classic all over the world. Its simple and modern aesthetic, originally designed for administrative offices in Chandigarh, has fascinated celebrities and the design community alike.
We pay homage to this beautifully egalitarian chair in our own way.
